These are the artists from the golden age of the circus. A time when American families needed the circus as an escape from life. This book is a "then and now" of these amazing performers. Each rare, full page photo of the legend's "now" photo, (captured in each of the retired circus performer's home) was taken by a photographer who was also born & raised in the circus. A fellow "Kinker" (translated in the book).
